South Koreans Struggle With Race

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/02/world/asia/02race.html?_r=2&hp
An Indian man travels with a Korean female friend on a bus in Korea when racial and sexual slurs were thrown at them. It deals with a recent prosecution of a South Korean man with ‘discrimination’ for shouting racial slurs at the Indian man. It is extremely rare for such prosecution to take place in any part of the world and especially for speech, not any discriminatory action. What are your thoughts?
